By listing tickets on DetroitTickets313, you agree to the terms in the Seller Agreement.

Please note, if your tickets sell on a different platform or you change your mind, it is your responsibility to let us know immediately and we will remove your listing.

SELLER AGREEMENT

1. This Seller Agreement is entered into between DetroitTickets313 LLC, and you as the seller.
2. WHEREAS, Company operates an online ticket sales platform DetroitTickets313 that allows individuals to buy and sell event tickets; and
3. WHEREAS, Seller desires to sell tickets on the Platform in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
4. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
5. Listing Tickets. Seller may list event tickets for sale on the Platform. Seller shall provide accurate information regarding the tickets, including the event, seat location, and any other relevant details.
6. Ticket Authenticity. Seller represents and warrants that the tickets being sold on the Platform are authentic and valid. Company reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the tickets and may request additional information or documentation from Seller to confirm their validity.
7. Transferring Tickets. Seller agrees to transfer the tickets to the purchaser within 24 hours of DetroitTickets313 receiving payment for the tickets. Seller will be notified via email of the sale and shall transfer the tickets using a method that allows for tracking and verification of delivery.
8. Payment. Company will process payments from the purchaser and deduct its service fee before remitting payment to Seller. Seller agrees to pay Company a commission of 15% on the sale of each ticket, as specified on the Platform.
9. Disputes. In the event of a dispute between Seller and the purchaser regarding the tickets, Company may, in its sole discretion, refund the purchaser and deduct the refund amount from Seller's account. Company will notify Seller of any disputes and may request additional information or documentation from Seller to resolve the dispute.
10. Indemnification. Seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the sale of tickets on the Platform, including but not limited to claims of fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of warranty.
11. Term and Termination. This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party. Company may terminate this Agreement immediately if it determines, in its sole discretion, that Seller has violated any of the terms of this Agreement.
12. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Company is headquartered, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.
13. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.
